For anyone who collects pins, we’ve all seen baseball trading pins, softball trading pins, disney trading pins and more, but there’s another sport in which pin trading is gaining in popularity; soccer.
Soccer trading pins are nothing new, they’ve been around for years. Many youth soccer teams today often trade pins at their tournaments, and most teams have their very own pins custom made. The custom made pins are really the way to go for teams, because they can customize them using their logo, colors and slogans.
Soccer trading pins are increasing in popularity, too. Ten years ago, not many soccer teams knew what trading pins, or the sport of pin trading was. Today, however, pin trading amongst soccer teams, and players, is almost commonplace in most parts of the country, and even in the world.
The typical soccer trading pin consists of a soccer ball, possibly the image of a soccer field, a team’s logo or jersey mascot, and anything else the teams wants to toss in. Most become small pieces of art in that the designs can get pretty awesome and totally unique.
Today’s soccer trading pins are more than just a fun past-time, they’re what’s happening on the benches, and before and after games. On and off the field, pin trading in the sport of soccer is a sure up and comer!
