Trading pins are very popular among youth sports teams, and other organizations all over the world. Most trading pins are larger than an average lapel pin, and feature elements such as team logos, slogans and jersey colors, along with personalized details such as player numbers or names.
Most trading pins are made using the Soft Enamel process, because of it’s high quality finish and unique appearance. Once your design has been approved, our production facility makes a steel mold, which is used to strike blanks of steel or copper metal leaving behind an impression of your design. The pins are then cut out to the exact shape of your design, and then move on to metal plating. Your pins receive a metal plating in gold, silver, or black, and then move on to the coloring department. Each color is custom-mixed to match your design specifically, and each color is painted individually, one at a time. This painstaking and time-consuming process provides a uniquely custom touch to your trading pins.
